Position Overview
We're looking for a high-agency Program Manager to build and scale data collection and annotation pipelines that power our robotics foundation models. In this role, you'll own end-to-end operations across vendor coordination, data quality, and annotation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for egocentric/UMI/teleops data collection and annotation workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across operations, 3rd party vendors, tooling, and annotation teams
- Set up scalable operational processes, metrics, and execution frameworks in fast-paced startup environments
- Own timelines, quality, throughput, metrics and operational problem-solving across multiple programs
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of program management / operations experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and scale complex operations
