OpenTrain is the #1 platform for building careers in AI training and data labeling. We hire and contract contributors directly and help people grow a durable freelance career doing the human work that trains modern AI.

About AI training work

  • Accessible: many projects need no prior experience beyond language fluency and attention to detail.
  • Impactful: your annotations and scenarios directly shape how models reason and respond.
