As the first ML specialist, you will unlock a proprietary dataset of Booking.com private API data, Airbnb channel data, and competitive pricing. You will transition the platform from rules-based logic to a data-driven agent, building models that separate causal signals from noise to measurably increase revenue for thousands of properties worldwide.

What You Will Do
Mine Booking.com and Airbnb datasets to identify the specific signals that predict revenue and distinguish them from seasonal noise
Apply causal inference and time-series analysis to determine if promotions drive incremental bookings or if conversion would have happened anyway
Ship production-ready Python code within a Django and ClickHouse stack to integrate model logic directly into the automated agent
The ideal candidate
Proven experience shipping end-to-end data projects in a startup environment, moving from initial hypothesis to production-ready implementation
Highly proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and comfortable working inside a Django codebase rather than just Jupyter notebooks
AI-native engineer who leverages frontier coding tools and agentic workflows to ship faster and is curious about self-learning ML systems
